5. Why no cookie-consent banner is currently displayed

Prior consent is not required for a technology that is strictly necessary to:– transmit a communication;– provide a digital service expressly requested by the user;– maintain website security;– remember a language or display preference selected by the user.Because the current website is intended to use only such technologies, no optional cookie category is presented for consent and no separate Cookie Settings control is currently required.
