2. Non-binding appointment requests
An appointment request submitted through this website, by email or by telephone is non-binding.
Submitting a request does not create a contract, does not constitute a paid order and does not oblige LUKSOM to perform a service.
An automated acknowledgement, appointment proposal or appointment confirmation serves only to organise a possible appointment.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separately signed written agreement, a contract is concluded only when:
– the customer or an authorised representative appears at the agreed location;
– the vehicle and relevant documents are presented;
– LUKSOM accepts the vehicle and the requested service;
– the applicable terms and service order are accepted.
3. No online payment
LUKSOM does not request or collect payment through the Phase 1 website.
Do not send payment-card data by email or through the contact or appointment form.
4. Information to include in an appointment request
To help LUKSOM review your request, please provide, where relevant:
– your name and contact details;
– your company, where applicable;
– vehicle make, model and type;
– a short description of the requested service;
– information about relevant modifications;
– the preferred appointment period;
– the documents specifically requested by LUKSOM.
The submission of complete information does not guarantee that LUKSOM can accept the requested service.
5. Languages
LUKSOM generally communicates in German and English.
Communication in French may be available depending on the request and the personnel available.
6. Accredited services
The services presented on this website are not advertised as accredited services.
No accreditation mark is used in relation to these services.
